You must follow these usage terms below to use Charex Sounds music in your content.

1. Free for Creators: You can use Charex Sounds music for your User Generated Content (UGC) as an independent creator, influencer, streamer, or gamer.
2. Proper Credit is Required: You must provide proper credit to us, the artist and song in your video or stream description.
3. Monetization Allowed: You can monetize your content if you are A UGC creator and properly credit the music.
4. Prohibited Content: You cannot use the music in connection with content that is hateful, illegal, or sexually themed.
5. Platform Limitations: While primarily intended for platforms like YouTube and Twitch, you should ensure any other platforms used can tag your content with the required credit.

How to credit as A UGC (User generated content) Creator?

If you are a UGC creator on YouTube, Twitch or on any social media platforms. You must follow how to credit Charex Sounds in your content below.

For YouTube videos put the following:

Q. Can I use Charex Sounds music in my videos on YouTube or Twitch?

Yes - all Charex Home tracks but all we ask is that you credit the Artist and song(s) used in the description of your video/livestream.
Charex Home music is free to use for independent creators and their UGC (User Generated Content).

Q. Will I get a copyright claim or strike if I use a Charex Sounds track in my YouTube video?

No - if you’re an independent creator, gamer, or vlogger - and follow our usage policy - then all Charex Home releases are fine to use. We would never take down your content but you will get a content ID claim on YouTube from us and that allows us to earn revenue for our artists.

Q. Can I monetize my video if I've used Charex Sounds music?

Yes - but make sure you follow the guidelines in the Charex Sounds usage policy.
